MEERC er et forskningsprosjekt, bygget på samarbeidsavtalen mellom UiA og Nye Veier. Prosjektets arbeidsform er tett samarbeid med hele verdikjeden innenfor anleggsbransjen – herunder det mangeårige samarbeidet med SVV og Vegdirektoratet.
